- 1 1/2 oz. Mount Gay rum
- 1 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. club soda
- 5 raspberries
- 5 mint leaves
The Raspberry Mojito is one of my favorite drinks! Pour the simple syrup, mint leaves and raspberry in a highball glass. Muddle well, fill glass with ice. Pour in the rum and lime juice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with lime.

This one looks good. I don’t know of any other drinks with mint. Mint and razberries sound pretty darn good right now.

Yes, Jaret, the mint leaves stay in the glass at the bottom, I’ve never had a mojito where the mint is strained out. Mojitos are usually served with a straw so you won’t suck up the leaves, only the minty delicious taste they leave behind. Yum!
