Muddle limes and mint in bottom of large glass. Fill with ice. Add about a shot of simple syrup, 1 1/2 shots of Rum or Vodka and 1 1/2 shots of the strawberry puree. Fill glass with club soda. Stir. Garnish with mint leaves and a strawberry. Try this one:
6 strawberries
3 lime slices
12 mint leaves
2 small clementine oranges
simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
club soda
Rum or Vodka
