Ingredients:
- 6 oz package of Tropical Fusion Jell-O
- 16 oz boiling water
- 8 oz rum
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 7 oz cold water
How To Make It:
Empty Jell-O packet into a large bowl or container. Add boiling water to bowl. Whisk together until fully dissolved. This will take about 3 minutes. Add rum, peach schnapps, and cold water. Whisk together. Pour into prepared cups. Refrigerate until set. This will take at least 3 hours. The shots will be even better if you leave them to set overnight.

Interesting twist on the garden variety vodka-based jello shot. How does this taste in comparison? Sounds like it would be sweeter…

Thanks for the recipe. Personally, my problem with Jello is that I’m too impatient to wait for it to set. Go figure. Now add alcohol to the mix and that “mix” will be gone before it even has a chance to sit in the fridge.
