I don’t chew gum all the time, but sometimes it’s definitely necessary. A few weeks ago, I was standing in 7-11 checking out the varieties of gum - there are a ton of them these days. All of them promise to do different things: give you fresh breath, clean your teeth, hide cigarette smells, boost your energy etc. I have pretty good dental hygiene so I didn’t need anything industrial strength, just something that tasted good.

A shiny green packet packet of Orbit caught my eye and then I noticed the flavor: Mint Mojito! How could I resist. I seriously doubted the gum would actually taste like a Mojito, after all I don’t think they can legally put Rum in chewing gum. The gum was actually a pleasant surprise. Like a real Mojito there is a strong flavor of lime and spearmint that is pretty damn refreshing. I don’t normally like spearmint when it comes to gum, but here - cut with the lime - it was a completely different taste. I was an immediate fan.

I’ve since turned several other friends and bartenders onto Orbit Mint Mojito Gum and the response has been unanimously good. I’m so hooked on it now that I’m going to have to start buying it by the case.
