From my 18 years experience in Bartending in Key West, and making Key West Lemonades all that time, I use
Citron Vodka
Cointreau
Sour Mix
Cranberry Juice
Sprite
Served in a large glass, such as a beer or soda glass, and shaken to a foamy head. Yummy.
