Ingredients:

3/4 oz Green Creme de Menthe
3/4 oz white Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz Light cream

Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

    This is NOT a non-alcoholic drink! (Stupid spammer! Why is there noone or any software monitoring the comments? Blogspam destroys sites.)

    This version of the grasshopper is emerald green, but you can also make a brown one using clear (also called “white”) creme de menthe and brown (also called “dark”) creme de cacao. The flavor is exactly the same. Only the color of the ingredients, and thus the drink, is different.
