Fuzzy Balls

1 part Absolut Citron
1 part Bacardi Limon
1 part Peach schnapps
Fill with 7-Up

How To Make It:
Mix alcoholic ingredients one part each - and add 7-up. Eight shots of each requires a 2L bottle of 7-up.

High volume Mojito technique

This video demonstrates a fast Mojito making technique designed for high volume bars. It doesn’t result in the best looking mojito, but it might be worth watching for those times when you have people stacked three deep and everybody is ordering Mojitos.

Strawberry Mojito

6 fresh Strawberries
2 Mint sprigs
3 wedges Lime
1 oz. Creme de Fraise des Bois (Cartron)
2 oz. Rum
1 splash Soda water

How To Make It:
