Godiva Chocolate Martini

1 1/2 shot Godiva liqueur
1 1/2 shot Creme de Cacao
1/2 shot Vodka
2 1/2 shots Half-and-half

How To Make It:
Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake and pour into chilled cocktail glass.

Haiku Martini

2 oz Sake
1 dash Dry Vermouth
1 Cocktail onion

How To Make It:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sake and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cocktail onion.

Absinthe Martini

2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/8 tsp Absinthe

How To Make It:
Stir well with ice. Strain into a prechilled cocktail glass. Very pleasant with an onion stuffed olive. Some bartenders pour a soucon of Absinthe into the glass, swirl it around and then add the martini.
