Joe’s Ultimate Mai Tai

Ingredients:

Juice of 1/6 Lime
1-1/2 oz very Dark rum
1-1/2 oz Light rum
3/4 oz Orange liqueur (triple sec)
Juice of 1/4 Orange
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
2 oz Pineapple juice

Sugar to taste

How To Make It:
Squeeze lime wedge in tall glass with ice. Add other ingredients. Sugar is optional.

Joe’s Ultimate Sangria

Ingredients:

1 1/2 L Red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)
1 cup Sugar
1 large Lemon, sliced
1 large Orange, sliced
1 large Apple, cut into thin sections
3-4 oz plain Brandy
Soda water

Joe’s Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 part Vodka
1 part Tequila
1 part Rum
1 part Gin
1 part Triple sec
1 1/2 part Sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola

Joe’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

4 ounces of tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of lemon juice
2 drops of Tabasco
1 dash of pepper (to taste)
1 dash of salt (to taste)
1 1/2 ounces of Grey Goose vodka
1 dash of celery salt
dash horseradish

Fill a tall glass 1/3 with ice. Shake and pour over ice. Garnish with green olives & celery.
