Ingredients:
- 12 separated Egg
- 1 cup granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Bourbon
- 1 cup Cognac
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 pint Heavy cream
- Grated Nutmeg
How To Make It:
Beat yolks until light in color. Slowly add bourbon, cognac, while beating at slow speed. Chill 3 hrs. Add salt to whites, beat to peaks. Whip s cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into yolk mixture, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Chill one hour. Serve in a punch bowl.

What’s in it:
- 1/2 oz (splash) Cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz (splash) Sour mix
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz Chambord
How To Make it:
Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka and chambord with a splash of cranberry and sour mix. Stir and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Melon liqueur
- 1.5 oz. Chambord
How To Make It:
This shot depends on the layered effect. If you screw up your pouring, you will have an ugly brown mess… it will, however, still be quite drinkable. Use a tall thin glass for best effect. Pour the chambord first. Then slowly layer the Midori by pouring it over the back of the spoon.

Ingredients:
2.5 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1 sprinkle Nutmeg
2 tbs. powdered Sugar
How To Make It:
Combine brandy, milk, egg, and sugar with ice in a mixing glass and shake well. Strain into a mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Brandy
- 1 whole Eggs
- .75 cup Milk
- 1 oz. Jamaica Rum
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 oz. Triple sec
How To Make It:
Shake all ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into a collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
